Personalised Employment Support

Our IEP team provides one-on-one help to get jobseekers ready for work, including:

• Job matching and connection to local employers
• Resume and application support
• Interview preparation
• Work-readiness and pre-employment training
• Help obtaining required licences, certificates or clearances (e.g. RSA, WWCC, Police Check)*
• Ongoing support to help you settle into your new role

*Fees for licences or certificates cannot be paid by SRC, but we can help you apply and connect you with providers who may assist.

Who Can Join?

The IEP is available to individuals who:

• identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and
• are seeking employment or looking to build new skills
