The Indigenous Employment Program (IEP) supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers to find meaningful, long-term employment across the Sunraysia region.

We work closely with local employers, community partners, and jobseekers to create strong, sustainable outcomes that benefit individuals, families, and workplaces.

Since beginning our program, SRC has supported more than 1,600 Indigenous jobseekers into long-term employment.
